Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment does JESEDIA accept?

We take most major credit cards, checks, and of course... cash.

What can I expect when a JESEDIA consultant visits my home or office?

When a JESEDIA consultant arrives, he or she may ask some more questions to get a better idea of what your wants and needs are. After the service or repair has been completed, they will provide you with a, "non-computer/technical-jargan" overview of what has been done to solve the repair or problem.

What do I need to know before a JESEDIA consultant visits my home or office?

A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The JESEDIA consultant must receive the following: full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) and/or AV equipment to be serviced or installed, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.

So, what's the difference?

At JESEDIA, we're simple individuals, with no gimmicks or marketing facades.

I mean... If you want us to show up in a car that looks like a cop car, then maybe we'll try to rent one so you'll feel, "safer" and more "secure." But we would rather save the shows and just work with you, with honest, one-on-one support.

We also lack that big corporation overhead, which means we can pass the savings on to you.

Plus, we're ALL certified, licensed, and insured!

We're not a kid out of high school looking for a job over the summer, or riding out an entry level position, just to move on to something bigger and better. We're individuals that have well over 10 years of experience, with enterprise expertise. We're professionals, and we're in it for the long haul.

We're there when you need us. We try to be sympathetic and empathetic. We want to put ourselves in your shoes and think, "What if it were me? How would I want to be treated?"

Bottom line: We're about family... And just like you would help someone as much as you can in your family, we want to do the same.

And in doing so... Welcome to the family.
